Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase however, should you want to return your item , please do so within 7 days of receiving your order, no returns are accepted after this period. Please notify us of your return by email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All items must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery in order to ensure the contents are fully insured, as Exceptional Designs cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods that have not been correctly insured.  We will refund the total cost of your order excluding postage if the items returned to us are in the original packaging, with any labels still attached and in the same condition as it left us. This means the item is unworn, has no scratches or marks and has not come into contact with any perfumes, hairsprays or chemicals. We reserve the right to reject any returned order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of any earrings, due to Health & Hygiene regulations.

All of our items are checked by our quality control to minimise faulty items however, should this happen we will replace faulty items with an identical replacement, rather than a refund, when returned within 7 days.

Please do not return items without first emailing to ensure you are eligible for a refund/replacement.
