Q: DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
A: Our studio is based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire and this is where we welcome brides for a personal consultation, by appointment only.  Please contact us via email rachel@exceptionaldesigns.co.uk or by calling 07957 643679 to make an appointment.  Alternatively you can purchase from our online shop or visit one of our stockists.

Q: WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME ON ORDERS?
A: All of our products are made to order for you and therefore a lead time of 4-6 weeks from the date of order is the norm.  If you require anything sooner, please contact us via email rachel@exceptionaldesigns.co.uk or by calling 07957 643679 as we may be able to accommodate your request. There may be an additional charge for rush orders.

Q: WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
A: Shipping within the UK is charged at £7.95 via Royal Mail Special Delivery and is fully insured.  A signature will be required on delivery.  We also ship worldwide but please contact us via email rachel@exceptionaldesigns.co.uk for shipping charges.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A:We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase however, should you want to return your item, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns are accepted after this period. We will refund the total cost of your order
excluding postage.  It is vital therefore that you take considerable time to select and order your item/s before placing an order with us.

Q: DO YOU OFFER A BESPOKE SERVICE?
A: We want to ensure that you have exactly what you desire for your wedding day and therefore offer a service where we will work with you to create a unique item to suit your individual requirements.  Please contact us via email rachel@exceptionaldesigns.co.uk for more information.

Q: HOW WILL THE ORDER BE PACKAGED?
A: All of our products are beautifully packaged and lovingly wrapped in tissue paper to ensure they reach their destination in one piece.
